Terms of use
Effective date: 19 October 2026
These terms are the simple rules for using Keepup ("the app", "we"). By creating an account or using the demo, you agree to them. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Keepup is operated by Ilya Naumenko, an individual.
Using Keepup
- Keepup is free. We provide it "as is", and we do our best to keep it working well.
- Use it kindly. No abuse, harassment or spam, including in groups, cheers and nudges.
- Don't try to break it, overload it, get into other people's accounts or data, or use it to break the law.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
- The habits, check-ins, names and everything else you add are yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them and show them to you and, in groups, to the people you share them with, so the app can work.
- You are responsible for what you add. Don't add anything unlawful or anything that belongs to someone else.
- We may remove content or close an account that breaks these terms.
Kids
Keepup accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. Children can appear in Keepup only as a child profile added by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that profile. More is in the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You can delete your account any time in Settings (Delete account). Your personal data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. You can also export your data first.
Availability and changes
Keepup may be down for a while, change, or lose a feature. We may change these terms too. If we change them in a meaningful way, we will say so in the app's What's new before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. If you keep using Keepup after a change, you accept the new terms.
Liability
Keepup is a habit helper, not a medical, financial or professional service. We provide it without warranties of any kind, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or not being able to use it. This does not limit rights you have by law that cannot be waived.
